DIVISION: Facility and Design

REPORTS TO: Director of Facility Design, Grounds Foreman

EXPERIENCE: Back ground or experience in building grounds maintenance and/or installation
Position Function/Purpose To maintain crew in commitment, to maintain all district grounds and properties in a safe instructionally appropriate, acceptable level. Other duties as assigned by the Grounds Foreman, or Director of Facility Design. |
Qualification Requirements Minimum Certification/Education: · High School Diploma or GED · Valid Texas Driver’s License/CDL License, Class A Special Knowledge/Skills: · Specific knowledge of tractor and turf equipment · Specific knowledge of standard landscape construction techniques and plant or landscape maintenance · Positive attitude among district personnel and demonstrates a willingness to work Minimum Experience: · Back ground or experience in building grounds maintenance and/or installation |
